I have been putting up some photos from our Summer Reading Programs.  Take a look, and let me know what you think.  Also, don't forget Summer Reading goes all the way through the end of July, so lots more to come! 

Then it will just be a few weeks until it is Back to School time!  Boy!  Time sure flies!

Speaking of photos, we have boxes of photos from the Spencer Evening World here at the library.  Come on in and look through them, there may be some that you want.....free, free, free!

Hi Everyone! 

Next week is Children's Book Week 2009!!  Hooray for Children's Books!!!  They are my favorites!  Find ways to celebrate, and vote for this year's finalists here. 

School is finishing up this month, and that can only mean one thing....Summer Reading is on its way!!  Here to save all from a summer of boredom and frustration!  We have tons of fun programs lined up, and prizes for recording the pages the kids read.  Come in, or check back here for more information.  Sign ups begin June 1st, with the first big kick-off program Friday, June 5th at 3:30 pm.  We've got a great musical guest, Tom Sieling for that one.  Upcoming programs also include Magic, Mime, Music, and More, including everyone's favorite, the Water Show with Magic Don!!!  We'll be posting our complete schedules as well as adding to the calendar.  Remember, you don't have to be signed up to come to programs, only to record pages and earn prizes.   Hope to see you all there!!!

Well I guess it is official. The new site is now add free and on we go.

We need to flush out the photos and get the forum going. That will come along soon. We will be advertising the new site to hopefully make everyone aware of it.
